Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at RAYVN, you will join an exciting and fast-growing scaleup delivering a critical SaaS solution for emergency preparedness and crisis management. RAYVN helps organizations in both the public and private sectors in Norway and abroad prepare for, manage, and communicate during critical incidents.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, performing onboarding and training, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and renew our SaaS products. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in emergency preparedness and crisis management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s organisation, preparedness maturity, goals, and challenges to guide successful platform use.
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.
  • Advise customers on best practices for preparedness and crisis management workflows using the platform.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and enablement sessions to drive adoption, confidence, and effective use of the solution.
  • Help customers continuously improve their preparedness processes through better platform usage.
  • Identify opportunities for increased value, expanded use cases, and upsell/cross-sell based on customer needs, organisational maturity, and solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support expansion initiatives within existing accounts.
  • Collect structured customer feedback and insights, and work closely with Product and Engineering to influence product improvements and roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in emergency preparedness, crisis management, security studies, public administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Experience in a Customer Success Manager, customer advisory, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of organisational preparedness and crisis response structures, roles, and processes
  • Ability to drive customer adoption, identify opportunities for increased value, expanded use cases, and long-term success by understanding customer goals, operational maturity, and evolving needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders in high-trust, high-impact contexts.
  • Customer-centric, self-driven, and adaptable, with strong ownership, credibility, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-growing organisation.
