Add Responders if you have personnel that you need to reach, but don't require full access to the communication in RAYVN. Responders do not have login access to RAYVN. They can be added to teams to enable notifications. Responders can reply to text/SMS notifications.

Collaboration
RAYVN allows collaboration with external stakeholders for no extra cost. You can invite your stakeholders to connect with you in RAYVN and collaborate directly during any incident. No other Critical Event Management System offers this functionality, included with your subscription with no extra cost.
Our previous crisis management software was slow and difficult to use, it did not focus on user experience, and in general, we were unhappy with the level of user-friendliness and its functions.
