Payment and invoicing
Add Responders if you have personnel that you need to reach, but don't require full access to the communication in RAYVN. Responders do not have login access to RAYVN. They can be added to teams to enable notifications. Responders can reply to text/SMS notifications.

You will be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager, that can help you to:
- Review your Emergency Response Plans (ERP)
- Implement your plans and key personnel into RAYVN
- Consult on best practices to set up and utilize RAYVN in the most effective and efficient manner for your organization
RAYVN allows collaboration with external stakeholders for no extra cost. You can invite your stakeholders to connect with you in RAYVN and collaborate directly during any incident. No other Critical Event Management System offers this functionality, included with your subscription with no extra cost.
Our previous crisis management software was slow and difficult to use. It did not focus on user experience. In general, we were unhappy with the level of user-friendliness and its functions. Now our entire organization across all levels has started using our new crisis management tool, which is a key strength for our risk readiness and crisis management.
