DSB DirectorThe RAYVN / Proactima solution will enable the DSB to prepare for and coordinate a response to any unexpected incident or emergency as well as take advantage of Proactima’s DMAZE solution for risk assessment. The awarded contract covers all of Norway, including 11 regions, civil defense authorities, 356 municipalities and other government agencies.

RAYVN / Proactima is an all-Norwegian consortium that represents the best of technological solutions for crisis management systems, expertise and capacity. In addition to the critical event management software, tools for risk and vulnerability analysis, exercise planning and consultancy services are integral to the overall solution.
The DSB awarded the contract to RAYVN / Proactima because this offering scored the highest for both quality (60 percent weighted) and price (40 percent weighted) as compared to other competitive solutions.

Currently, RAYVN and Proactima are implementing the solution and training users so that the DSB is ready to go live on 1 October 2023.
