RAYVN is pleased to announce the first phase of a major modernization of the RAYVN user experience — a significant step forward in delivering improved situational awareness, faster tool access, and greater control when it matters most.
What’s new - a quick recap
This update to RAYVN focuses on three areas where friction has historically cost teams time and clarity.
The redesigned Dashboard gives you a real-time view of every active incident — configured the way you need it. Switch between tabular and card views, filter by team or group, show or hide data fields, and activate with clear separation between live incidents and exercises.
A new Incident Overview provides a single view of the situation and active tasks — shared, real-time, and always current. Task ownership is visible at a glance.
A contemporary look and feel that will work consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Release one includes the light mode for desktop only. Tablet and mobile versions are scheduled for later in Q2.
The platform upgrades automatically. Everything carries over — your incidents, plans, integrations, and permissions — without any action required on your part.
This initial release is just the beginning of our modernization journey, with more exciting updates for RAYVN scheduled for later in Q2.
