This stage focuses on aligning your team, methodology, and resources for a successful rollout. This stage ensures everyone understands the project scope and timelines.

Key activities include executing a go-live project kick-off meeting, gathering emergency/inventory plans and identifying IT issues. In this stage, teams will also scope for integration (e.g., SSO, SCIM, API) requirements.

Configuring RAYVN to your Emergency Plan

At this stage, you'll configure RAYVN to meet your organization's specific needs, focusing on account configuration, plan definition, group/hierarchy setup, and establishing the core elements for effective crisis management.

Key aspects include administrator training, plan & template creation, and user profile creation, which involves adding users, assigning roles, and organizing groups or hierarchies.

The result: a fully configured RAYVN account, tested integrations, and initial templates ready for use.

Rolling out RAYVN across your business

In this stage, you’ll operationalize RAYVN, ensuring your team is trained and the system is tested before full go-live.

Focus is on user acceptance test (UAT), executing and tracking end-user training, and working toward an official ‘go live’ date.

Go-live is achieved when your organization can independently manage incidents in RAYVN.
