We are excited to highlight the new  integration between RAYVN and  Documaster, one of Norway’s leading archiving solutions. This specific integration is designed to meet the rigorous "Noark" standards for our Norwegian public sector customers.

Historically, archiving crisis documentation has been a manual, time-consuming burden. Emergency managers often had to rely on flat PDF exports, making data hard to search and prone to loss during system migrations.

Together with Documaster, RAYVN has adopted an approach of building the archive process directly into the workflow so it happens automatically.

How It Works

The integration is designed to be invisible to the end-user during a crisis.

1. During the incident: You use RAYVN as normal—logging events, sharing maps, and coordinating teams.
2. After the incident: Once a log is closed, the system prepares it for transfer.
3. The Transfer: The data is automatically synchronized with Documaster at night. If you need it sooner, an Administrator can simply click the new "Archive Log" button in the RAYVN archive view.
