‘At Norse we aim to have the best Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and crisis management team,’ says Lars Øystese Stamnes, Director Emergency Response & Disruption Control. The Emergency Response Organization works with the Operations Control Center (OCC), headquartered in Arendal, Norway, on a 24/7 basis. OCC evaluates scenarios, handles daily situations and coordinates with the ERO for incident management should an emergency arise or a disruption escalate significantly.
‘With RAYVN, we found an intuitive and user-friendly solution to deal with any disruption effectively, which in turn enables us to defend continuity of service and delight our customers,’ observes Stamnes. ‘We can’t afford to deal with additional crises while solving existing ones, so reliability was another key factor in our decision-making process.’
Norse Atlantic Airways chose RAYVN over competitive offerings because the company is a leader for emergency preparedness and critical event management with a proven solution. ‘RAYVN’s easy-to-use, secure SaaS-based solution has already proven itself with organizations both large and small across Norway. The fact that the Norwegian government has also selected RAYVN was a tremendous advantage,’ says Stamnes.
